CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that things can change quickly for everyone, but as an appointment-based business, late cancellations and no call / no shows cost us not only the loss from your appointment, but also the opportunity to book other sessions during that timeslot. For that reason, we have implemented the following cancellation:
STANDARD APPOINTMENTS (cancellation policy for private parties is below)
24 hours or more - Cancellations or rescheduled appointments that are received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will not be charged a fee.
0-24 hours - Cancellations 0-24 hours prior to appointment will incur a fee of $10/player reserved. For example, if you have booked a 4-player session, your card will be charged a $40 cancellation fee.
No Call/No Show - 50% of the total booking. Using the example above, if you book a 1 hour 4-player session, your total booking is $156. If you do not cancel, reschedule or show up for your scheduled appointment time, your credit card will be charged 50% of your total session ($78).
Rescheduling your appointment – You will be allowed to reschedule your appointment 1 time without incurring a fee. A second rescheduled appointment will result in a $10/player fee.
PRIVATE PARTIES
72 hours or more - Cancellations or rescheduled private parties that are received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will not be charged a fee, and your deposit will be refunded.
24-72 hours - Cancellations 24-72 hours in advance will result in a forfeiture of your Private Party Deposit.
0-24 hours - Cancellations 0-24 hours in advance will result in a forfeiture of your Private Party Deposit, plus an additional 50% of the remaining amount due.
No Call/No Show - No call no shows will result in a forfeiture of your deposit and your card will be charged 100% of the party amount.
Rescheduling – You are allowed to reschedule your party 1 time at no charge, providing it is a minimum of 48 hours prior to your originally scheduled party time. If you reschedule your party under 48 hours, you will be charged a rescheduling fee of $15 per 30 mins booked, and your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled date and time.
